Build scalable full-stack, AI-powered product experiences using Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native. Design backend services, integrate LLMs and intelligent automation, work with databases and service-oriented architectures, and improve testing, deployment, observability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with product, design, data, DevOps, marketing, and analytics teams while monitoring production systems and using experimentation to guide engineering decisions.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of Buy Before You Sell transactions, coordinating loan officers, processors, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Verify mortgage and transaction documentation, track files through closing, identify missing information, maintain compliance, and provide program support. The role requires managing multiple communication channels and transaction systems while ensuring accurate document uploads and timely follow-up.
