Teams at Homeland Stores

Stocks and merchandises store products, builds displays, maintains pricing and signage, checks product quality and expiration dates, transports goods, and keeps work areas safe and organized. Provides courteous customer assistance, follows health and safety procedures, operates equipment such as pallet jacks and balers, handles damaged products, and supports other departments as assigned. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working indoors with varying temperature, humidity, and dust conditions.

Supervise front-end grocery operations, including cashiering, customer service, scheduling, training, checkout accuracy, refunds, cash handling, bagging, cart collection, and loss prevention. The manager supports hiring and employee evaluations, ensures safety and compliance with store procedures, coordinates front-end coverage, and assists with merchandising, promotions, opening and closing accounting, and daily store operations.
