Manage the frozen food department by maximizing sales and profitability, ordering and receiving merchandise, stocking and rotating products, maintaining inventory and pricing, monitoring freezer temperatures, cleaning displays, following safety procedures, supporting promotions, and training employees. The role provides customer service, handles damaged products and invoices, operates department equipment, and performs physical work in freezer and store environments.

Stock merchandise, build displays, maintain perishables and pricing, ensure health and safety standards, transport goods within department, assist customers and coworkers, operate equipment (pallet jack, baler) and perform general store upkeep.

Processes weekly and biweekly payroll for approximately 1,200 employees using Paycom. Reviews payroll reports, maintains employee records, resolves timekeeping issues, handles garnishments and off-cycle payments, and supports benefit contribution funding. The role generates payroll reports, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, maintains confidential information, and collaborates with store management and internal departments. Advanced Excel skills and multi-state payroll experience are required.
