Teams at Homeland Stores

Processes weekly and biweekly payroll for approximately 1,200 employees using Paycom. Reviews payroll reports, maintains employee records, resolves timekeeping issues, handles garnishments and off-cycle payments, and supports benefit contribution funding. The role generates payroll reports, ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, maintains confidential information, and collaborates with store management and internal departments. Advanced Excel skills and multi-state payroll experience are required.

Manages employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollments, Open Enrollment, vendor relationships, carrier reconciliations, payroll deductions, FMLA and ADA cases, disability coordination, COBRA, audits, compliance, reporting, and process improvements. Serves as the primary benefits and leave subject matter expert while handling confidential employee information and complex cases independently.
