Support execution of weekly ad campaigns, digital promotions, social content, and in-store signage. Help coordinate community events, assist loyalty and CRM initiatives, conduct competitive research, track campaign performance, and provide cross-functional project support in a retail grocery environment.

Manage front-end operations including customer service, hiring/training/scheduling of front-end staff, supervising checkout and bagging, handling cash/checks/refunds, ensuring safety and store opening/closing procedures, and preventing loss.
