Engage homeowners door-to-door, introduce HomeFix remodeling services, generate interest, and schedule free in-home estimates for the sales team. The role involves recording appointment information, communicating with sales staff, meeting appointment goals, attending training, and representing the company professionally. No prior experience is required; paid training and coaching are provided. Candidates should be outgoing, dependable, goal-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and able to handle rejection positively.

Generate leads through home shows, community events, retail locations, neighborhood canvassing, and referrals. Set and conduct in-home appointments, assess homeowner needs, present remodeling solutions, explain financing, close sales, complete paperwork, and meet weekly appointment and sales goals. The role requires independent pipeline development, customer engagement, evening and weekend availability, local travel throughout Hampton Roads, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Canvass neighborhoods, tradeshows, events, and retail locations to set homeowner appointments for free estimates. Participate in paid training, work weekends, follow scripts, and earn hourly pay plus weekly commissions tied to appointments generated.
