The role offers paid training, marketing support, uncapped commissions, bonuses, provided sales materials, and advancement opportunities. Candidates should be persuasive, energetic, goal-oriented, reliable, strong communicators, and able to meet homeowners on their schedules. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.

Meet with pre-qualified prospects and existing customers within a territory to represent and sell home improvement and installation products. No cold-calling; rely on supplied leads. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills, competitiveness, self-motivation, and reliable transportation. Training and advancement opportunities provided.

Canvass neighborhoods, tradeshows, and retail locations to set homeowner appointments for free estimates. Receive paid training, work with a team, earn hourly pay plus commission (weekly), and grow into higher roles. Requires strong communication, reliability, and stamina for long periods of standing and walking.
