Grows referral business in the Vancouver territory by developing partner and client relationships, executing sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and managing the sales process through funding. Responsibilities include territory planning, presentations, webinars, partner visits, CRM pipeline management, forecasting, product knowledge, customized sales programs, and cross-functional issue resolution.

The CX Data & Insights Manager oversees customer feedback programs, analyzes data to derive insights, and collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.
