Evaluates and prioritizes business change requests, elicits and documents requirements, recommends process improvements, coordinates IT releases, supports user acceptance testing, obtains business sign-off, documents system changes, provides training, and leads retrospectives. The role partners with business, technology teams, internal clients, and vendors to deliver system enhancements aligned with operational and strategic goals.

Analyzes business requests, elicits and documents functional requirements, evaluates processes, and coordinates system enhancements with business and technology teams. The role supports delivery releases, change requests, testing, user acceptance testing, signoffs, documentation, user training, and project retrospectives. It requires familiarity with banking and mortgage concepts, strong stakeholder communication, and 2–3 years of business analysis experience.

Supports digital marketing strategy, acquisition campaigns, content development, campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, website updates, social media, events, and partner coordination. Monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, tracks business metrics, supports forecasting and budgets, processes invoices, and prepares reports. Collaborates with marketing, UX, sales, agencies, and external digital partners to improve customer experience and marketing results.
