The Senior Financial and Regulatory Reporting Analyst prepares and analyzes financial statements, regulatory filings, and supports the Bank's financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a transitioning environment.

Provide front-desk reception and telephone support, greet visitors, and deliver administrative assistance across departments including document preparation, data entry, mail/courier coordination, meeting room setup, vendor coordination, office supplies management, and basic facilities and safety support. Serve as backup to the Office Administrator and support occasional events or projects.

The Senior Manager, Operational Effectiveness drives efficiency improvements and manages operational excellence initiatives across various functions including Adjudication and Mortgage Funding, focusing on policy enhancement and lean methodologies.
