The CX Data & Insights Manager oversees customer feedback programs, analyzes data to derive insights, and collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Provides day-to-day client service through phone, email, mail, fax, in-person, and portal channels. Processes customer requests in compliance with AML/ATF and privacy requirements, coordinates responses, resolves complaints, documents interactions, meets service-level and KPI targets, and supports process improvements. The role also assists with fee collection, identifies client behavior trends, collaborates across departments, and contributes to special projects in a hybrid banking environment.
