Supports the bank’s regulatory compliance management program through regulatory change tracking, compliance monitoring and testing, control documentation, impact assessments, reporting, audit preparation, and policy maintenance. The role uses GRC systems to document requirements, findings, evidence, and action plans; collaborates with business and risk stakeholders; and helps deliver compliance training. It is a second-line-of-defence position focused on regulatory adherence within a regulated financial institution.

Leads credit and operational risk oversight through risk assessments, control testing, model development and validation, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven analysis. Reviews products and initiatives, advises senior leaders on escalated credit cases, supports audit and regulatory remediation, strengthens enterprise risk frameworks, and promotes risk culture. The role also contributes to climate, geolocation, fraud, and GRC-related risk initiatives while collaborating across Product, Data & Analytics, and Operations.

Leads Contact Centre and Loyalty/Retention teams, owning people leadership, productivity, sales conversion, retention, quality, service levels, compliance, and client experience. Uses Salesforce FSC, reporting tools, dialers, IVR, automation, and AI to improve performance and customer engagement. Drives analytics, workforce effectiveness, continuous improvement, technology adoption, change management, and cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, operations, technology, data, risk, and compliance.
