The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze data to drive business insights, create presentations for executives, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic decisions. Maintain planning tools and KPI dashboards, prepare executive and Board presentations, assess market impacts, support tax provision work, drive process improvements, and represent FP&A on strategic initiatives.

Lead and execute brand marketing strategy and integrated campaigns to build awareness, trust, and consideration among Canadians 55+. Manage agency partners, mentor an associate, align cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, leverage consumer insights, and measure brand health and campaign performance in a regulated financial environment.
