Supports daily mortgage servicing operations, including ticket assignment, mail and cheque scanning, file closures, overpayment reconciliation, returned-mail processing, vendor coordination, and legal document management. Ensures accurate, timely processing and compliance with service standards and retention policies. Provides support for payout statements, refinance file setup, and high-priority assignments while handling confidential information and collaborating with internal teams, finance, reception, and external vendors.

The CX Data & Insights Manager oversees customer feedback programs, analyzes data to derive insights, and collaborates with teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Makes outbound and inbound calls to prospective reverse-mortgage clients, answers questions, presents product solutions, overcomes objections, gathers sensitive financial information, and schedules appointments with the Inside Sales Team. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, target achievement, accurate data entry, strong organization, and flexibility for weekday and mandatory weekend shifts in a hybrid environment.
