Manage weekly end-to-end payroll processing including new hire setup in Paychex, terminations, garnishments, workers' comp, payroll journal entries, and assist with payroll reconciliations.

Lead a store to achieve profitable sales and KPIs by managing forecasting, budgeting, merchandising, customer operations, staffing, training, SOP execution, and compliance. Coach and develop the team, implement action plans to improve productivity, and represent the brand in the community.
