Processes customer purchases at the checkout, accepts payments, issues receipts, handles refunds and exchanges, answers product and pricing questions, resolves customer issues, bags purchases, and maintains a clean, safe checkout area. Requires courteous customer service, accuracy, basic math, attention to detail, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Greet and assist customers, operate cash register, answer questions and resolve issues, maintain and stock the sales floor, follow store policies and safety procedures, and contribute to team goals.

Lead a store to achieve profitable sales and KPIs by managing forecasting, budgeting, merchandising, customer operations, staffing, training, SOP execution, and compliance. Coach and develop the team, implement action plans to improve productivity, and represent the brand in the community.
