Teams at Homebase

Support small-business customers using Homebase Payroll across chat, email, and phone. Explain payroll workflows, investigate complex issues, identify recurring customer trends, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience teams on improvements. The role also involves using AI tools, testing new processes, documenting solutions, and helping customers confidently manage payroll processing, taxes, direct deposits, onboarding, corrections, and year-end activities.

Lead full-stack development of growth, sales, and product tooling, experimentation infrastructure, and AI- and LLM-powered workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, drive greenfield projects, shape roadmaps, and improve system architecture. The role includes technical leadership, design reviews, mentorship, and collaboration in a hybrid office environment.

Own GTM analytics across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Support. Build trusted data and reporting systems, define metrics, develop AI-powered self-service tools, identify business risks and opportunities, and translate complex pipeline and revenue analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Partner with data engineering to maintain data integrity and instrumentation while guiding decisions on investment, headcount, and strategy.
