Own GTM analytics across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Support. Build trusted data and reporting systems, define metrics, develop AI-powered self-service tools, identify business risks and opportunities, and translate complex pipeline and revenue analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Partner with data engineering to maintain data integrity and instrumentation while guiding decisions on investment, headcount, and strategy.

Leads Homebase’s revenue enablement function by building onboarding, training, certification, coaching, and AI-enabled workflow programs for customer-facing teams. Owns enablement strategy, sales methodology adoption, content, learning experiences, change management, and team development. Partners with Revenue Operations, Product, IT, and leadership to improve ramp time, productivity, conversion, monetization, and expansion outcomes through data-driven programs.

Provides technical leadership across Homebase’s core product domains, including Payroll, Scheduling, Time Tracking, and HR Management. Defines technical vision, API strategy, service architecture, and domain-driven system decomposition. Resolves cross-cutting scalability, reliability, performance, and data-consistency challenges; mentors senior engineers; drives engineering standards; partners with product, data, design, and leadership; and advances AI-enabled engineering workflows.
