Build and scale Homebase's organic social presence: own content calendar, create native Instagram/TikTok content, manage influencer and customer relationships, moderate community, report on engagement metrics, and coordinate across creative and growth teams.

Provide expert, empathetic support across chat, email, and phone for Homebase Core (scheduling, time tracking, HR, hiring). Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, surface product feedback, introduce relevant features, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, and use AI tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Own and stabilize the marketing tech stack, ensure data quality and attribution, enable integrations between marketing channels and Salesforce, automate lifecycle and campaign workflows, lead MarOps projects, and drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, RevOps, Analytics, and Data Engineering.
