Leads a Denver-based team of 6–10 Account Executives, driving revenue growth, quota attainment, pipeline discipline, coaching, recruiting, and onboarding. Uses performance data and AI tools to improve prospecting, forecasting, sales velocity, and customer engagement. Partners with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Customer Support on go-to-market strategy while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.

Serve as the embedded HR partner for Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leaders. Coach managers on performance, employee relations, organizational health, and difficult people decisions. Manage performance cycles, leave programs, immigration cases, and employment-law matters across Canada and the US. Build talent programs, analyze people data, improve HR workflows with AI, and provide operational guidance while collaborating primarily in Toronto on a hybrid schedule.

Front-line SDR responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ dials/150+ touches daily), qualifying SMBs, booking 10–15+ discovery calls weekly, maintaining CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot), executing personalized multi-channel sequences, using AI and sales automation, and partnering with AEs to optimize handoffs.
