Supervises the administration and physical operation of a residential property. Leads maintenance and on-site teams, oversees inspections, work orders, vendors, budgets, invoices, receivables, leasing files, regulatory compliance, evictions, collections, hiring, resident relations, retention, and vacancy reduction. Ensures adherence to funding programs, fair housing requirements, and company policies while providing quality service to residents.
