Supervise daily administration and physical operations of an apartment community: lead maintenance and operations teams, ensure regulatory and funding compliance, manage budgets, invoices, tenant files, evictions/collections, hiring and staff oversight, and maintain strong resident relations.

The Community Leader oversees apartment community administration, rental operations, resident relations, maintenance coordination, regulatory and fair housing compliance, budgeting, accounts receivable, leasing files, evictions, collections, hiring, staff supervision, and property upkeep. The role also monitors vacancies, supports resident retention, approves invoices, addresses deficiencies, and performs clerical duties while regularly touring the property and showing apartments.

Support community leader with resident recertifications, lease renewals, applications, rent processing, collections, evictions, and resident inquiries. Maintain compliance with funding program rules, prepare reports, manage waitlists, coordinate service requests, and perform clerical tasks to minimize vacancies and ensure accurate resident account management.
