Lead, coach, and manage a floor-based inside sales team of 10-15 reps through live call coaching, role-playing, onboarding, performance analysis, and motivational leadership to meet and exceed sales goals.

Develop and execute social media content strategies across digital platforms. Create posts, campaigns, videos, and multimedia content that promote services, company culture, and customer stories. Manage the content calendar, monitor analytics, optimize engagement and growth, maintain brand consistency, track trends, and collaborate with internal teams.

Conduct field sales by connecting with homeowners, presenting Home Genius products and services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and participating in ongoing sales and leadership training.
