Leads Pro customer experience and store operations, including service standards, inventory availability, delivery accuracy, staffing, associate coaching, safety compliance, and opening and closing procedures. Oversees the Pro area, supports recruitment and performance management, resolves customer and associate concerns, and performs Manager on Duty responsibilities while partnering with store leadership to drive sales, loyalty, and operational readiness.

Leads multiple cross-functional, cross-company teams of 10 or more, coordinates merchants, suppliers, stakeholders, and execution resources, and ensures projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities also include communication, presentations, facilitation, creative problem solving, accountability, and issue resolution.
