Manages D93 receiving and D94 fulfillment workflows, audits operational standards, resolves customer concerns, implements shrink plans, and performs Manager on Duty opening and closing duties. Coaches associates, ensures SOP and safety compliance, supports talent acquisition, and partners with store leadership to maintain operational readiness.

Develop production-grade data science, Agentic AI, MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps solutions for merchandising decision-making. Build agentic workflows using foundational models, retrieval systems, tools, APIs, and enterprise data. Establish model and agent lifecycle automation, observability, governance, testing, monitoring, and deployment practices. Collaborate with business and engineering teams, mentor junior staff, communicate insights, explore emerging AI technologies, and create reusable algorithms and architectural patterns.

Owns product strategy, prioritization, user research, backlog management, and delivery for an enterprise finance product line. Translates customer and business needs into product priorities, user stories, MVPs, and measurable outcomes. Collaborates with engineering, design, finance, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver value, improve efficiency, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction. Facilitates agile ceremonies, communicates product direction, manages expectations, and makes data-informed product decisions.
