Lead store order fulfillment and receiving teams to execute picking, staging, loading, and inbound freight processes. Serve as Manager on Duty for opening/closing, enforce SOPs and safety, coach and develop associates, assist with hiring and performance management, audit quality and shrink controls, and ensure store readiness and customer satisfaction.

Manage the in-store Pro experience by overseeing customer service, Pro area readiness, deliveries, hiring, training, safety, and opening/closing operations. Serve as Manager on Duty, coach associates, enforce SOPs, and drive Pro sales and Pro Xtra signups.

Lead strategy and execution for an enterprise product portfolio, manage and develop product managers, align cross-functional teams, prioritize roadmaps, measure product metrics, and drive delivery to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
