Schedules home healthcare visits, assigns clinical staff, coordinates PTO and call-offs, communicates with patients, maintains reports and records, documents incidents, supports case managers and clinical directors, and performs office administration. Requires healthcare scheduling and medical office experience, medical terminology and coding knowledge, advanced computer skills, and availability for an office-based 8 AM–5 PM schedule in Indianapolis.

Coordinates home-health care, conducts patient visits, triages field-staff calls, supports clinicians, reviews OASIS documentation and care plans, and communicates with patients, families, and physicians. The role also assists with onboarding and evaluations, supports regulatory compliance, resolves care-coordination issues, and participates in clinical and staffing on-call rotations.
