Administer Padmission Connect, including user management, property approvals, data entry, record accuracy, landlord support, and user training. Communicate with landlords and community partners, track housing-search assistance, compile internal data, create reports, and organize landlord feedback. The role also supports management oversight, maintains data-entry procedures, and protects sensitive PII and PHI while advancing housing opportunities for program participants.
