Processes housing assistance payments, including HAP runs, ACH uploads, receipts, payment holds, and landlord recoupments. Maintains financial records, reconciles payment and bank data, researches outstanding transactions, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with HUD regulations and funding requirements. Coordinates with property managers, finance teams, program staff, and partners to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and improve financial procedures and systems.

Provides executive and operational support to the Senior Vice President of Housing and Los Angeles leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and email management, meeting coordination, document preparation, office and facilities coordination, vendor and supply management, onboarding logistics, records maintenance, expense tracking, and support for reports, audits, events, and special projects. The role requires discretion when handling sensitive information, strong organization, professional communication, and local travel as needed.

Provide executive leadership and full accountability for financial strategy, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. Act as strategic partner to the Executive Team, guide decision-making, manage financial risk, and ensure long-term financial sustainability aligned with organizational goals. Reports to the President as an Executive Team member.
