Supports the sales team throughout the sales process by maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating meetings and follow-ups, responding to enquiries, researching prospects, gathering proposal information, and preparing pipeline reports. The role also uses AI tools for research and drafting, coordinates with internal teams, and requires onsite work in Bucharest.

Build and maintain Java and Spring Boot backend services, REST APIs, and business-critical workflows. Integrate LLMs and AI agents with databases, APIs, knowledge sources, and external business systems. Develop secure, validated, observable, and testable agent workflows with permissions, human approval, monitoring, and error handling. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decisions while collaborating with product and engineering teams onsite in Bucharest.

Analyze eCommerce customer behavior and conversion funnels, identify optimization opportunities, plan and evaluate A/B tests, build dashboards, validate tracking, and deliver recommendations that improve conversion rates, average order value, and revenue across European markets.
