Provides first-tier technology support for faculty, staff, students, and families; troubleshoots devices, software, accounts, printers, classroom technology, and Wi-Fi. Oversees the 1:1 device program, coordinates repairs, maintains documentation, trains staff, and supports data security across two campuses.

Provides administrative and office-management support to a school division head, including calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, front-office operations, phone and email communication, supply management, and confidential information handling. Serves as a certified medical technician by administering medications and providing first aid. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, technical proficiency, and collaboration with students, parents, staff, and visitors.
