The Vice Dean serves as the senior operations leader for the School of Business and Technology, partnering with the Dean on strategy, academic activities, faculty support, scheduling, hiring, curriculum development, assessment, program quality, and accreditation. The role coordinates school policies, documentation, specialized programs, and university materials while addressing student and faculty needs. Occasional evening and weekend attendance at recruiting and student events is required.

Supports university Student Accounts operations by processing payments, applying financial aid and third-party funds, reconciling student accounts, managing payment plans, processing refunds, generating reports, and responding to billing and financial aid inquiries. Maintains accurate records, documents interactions, supports audits, and provides backup for Accounts Receivable and Financial Aid. Requires three years of financial or administrative experience and may require evening or weekend work during peak periods.
