Teams at Holton-Arms School

Leads the Grades 3–6 Lower School division, overseeing academic programming, pedagogy, student support, faculty development, enrollment partnership, strategic-plan implementation, and community engagement. The role manages faculty and staff, partners with parents and caregivers, collaborates across school divisions, supports inclusive belonging, and serves on the senior administrative team. The leader is expected to advance educational innovation, manage change thoughtfully, and cultivate a joyful, collaborative, and academically excellent learning environment.

Supports the Director of Marketing and Communications in advancing the school's brand, mission, and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include donor and alumnae communications, brand management, digital presence oversight, media planning, advertising campaigns, content creation, project management, and communications advising across campus. The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, organization, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a mission-driven educational environment.
