Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive sales and loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets, acquire and retain clients, promote merchandise, support visual merchandising and floor tasks, attend training, use digital channels (Holt Renfrew 360 and social media) for outreach, resolve customer issues, and comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Provide administrative and client-facing support to the Personal Shopper: schedule appointments, manage correspondence and client profiles, prepare merchandise and coordinate alterations/transfers, maintain suite and floor merchandising standards, support loss prevention, and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.
