Provides administrative, analytical, scheduling, reporting, presentation, and client-issue support to sales management and department teams. Coordinates product knowledge sessions with vendor partners, maintains employee schedules and vacation records, tracks management action items, prepares meeting materials, and supports compliance with privacy and cybersecurity policies. Requires at least five years of progressive administrative experience, including direct leadership support, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and fluency in English and French.

Manages the internal audit plan, including financial and operational audits, reviews, and special projects. Evaluates internal controls, identifies risks, recommends operational improvements, and oversees audit reporting and remediation plans. Partners with business leaders, manages third-party audit resources, ensures privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and leads employee development and performance. The role requires strong analytical, communication, influencing, planning, and leadership skills, along with professional accounting or auditing experience.

Unload and receive merchandise, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify counts and inspect damaged shipments, record discrepancies, pack and label shipments, ensure export/customs formalities, load trucks, return alterations and supplies to departments, maintain housekeeping and follow health and safety policies.
