Lead a Personal Shopping team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Recruit, hire, coach and develop elite sellers, cultivate and retain clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage payroll, inventory, operations and private shopping suites, and ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity policies.

Provide administrative and client support to the Personal Shopper: schedule appointments, manage correspondence and client profiles, prepare and coordinate merchandise and alterations, maintain suite and selling-floor merchandising and store readiness, support loss prevention, and ensure compliance with privacy, health, and safety policies.

Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets by building and retaining a personal client base. Support merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and sales events. Communicate with clients across channels, resolve service issues, attend training, comply with policies, and use technology and social media to drive client acquisition and loyalty.
