Performs mid-level accounting processes, prepares monthly and year-end financial statements and journals, resolves balance sheet reconciliations, produces internal reports, supports senior management and business units, and evaluates compliance risks. The role requires accurate record keeping, GAAP knowledge, financial research, problem solving, deadline management, and collaboration across departments. It is performed independently in a fast-paced office environment with no supervisory responsibilities and up to 5% travel.

Performs entry-level accounting activities, including preparing monthly and year-end journal entries, reconciling balance sheet items, maintaining accurate records, meeting reporting deadlines, and assisting with internal financial reports and special projects. Provides accounting support to business units, researches and resolves financial issues, and follows GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements while working under supervision.

Manages and grows an assigned territory by retaining existing customers, acquiring new accounts, selling equipment rentals and purchases, preparing bids and contracts, and developing service opportunities. Builds customer relationships, presents sales plans, maintains transaction records, handles orders, and collaborates with branch and district managers. Extensive driving and overnight travel are required, along with knowledge of construction equipment, strong sales skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
