Serve as single point of contact for assigned customers, perform ongoing needs analyses, develop and qualify parts/service leads, manage targeted promotional campaigns, maintain accurate account and machine records, submit sales reports, and provide exceptional customer service to grow parts and service sales.

Drive retention and growth of rental and equipment sales within an assigned Texas territory. Develop and execute sales plans, source new business, prepare contracts and bids, manage customer relationships and service, generate reports, and collaborate with branch and district managers. Extensive driving and overnight travel required.

Deliver and maintain Values Based Leadership curriculum through classroom instruction, introductory coaching, facilitation, and curriculum updates. Promote VBL culture, support client communication and logistics, shadow senior consultants, solicit feedback, and manage multiple training projects while maintaining confidentiality and safety.
