Plans and coordinates advertising, promotional, digital, social media, and public relations activities for assigned business units. Develops marketing plans and budgets, manages advertising expenditures and co-op funds, evaluates creative campaigns, coordinates suppliers and media placements, and supports customer, sponsorship, and corporate events. The role collaborates with internal clients, sales personnel, vendors, and external partners to execute effective multichannel marketing initiatives.

Lead end-to-end power generation projects from initiation through startup and commissioning. Manage milestones, budgets, compliance, stakeholder communication, and technical issues. Provide SME technical leadership, advise executive leadership, drive process improvements, mentor staff, support sales estimating, and represent the company in high-level negotiations.

Partner with business leaders on performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement. Coach managers, lead performance review processes, analyze survey and exit data, support training and development, and implement HR policies and corrective actions. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, IT, and counsel on complex employee issues.
