Participate in a 12-18 month rotational sales training program to learn rental or supply sales. Support branch operations, use CRM and sales/marketing tools to develop leads, perform quotes, demonstrations, and negotiations, and build customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, learn territory management and safety processes, and convert opportunities into outside sales or supply sales roles.
