Maintain and improve the QMS and controlled documentation (SOPs, ECNs, work instructions). Own document control lifecycle and ECN process, support internal and external ISO 9001 audits, track and close corrective actions, collaborate across teams to ensure audit-ready documentation and continuous QMS improvement.

Manage and grow assigned territory by retaining existing rental customers, sourcing new business, preparing sales/lease contracts and bids, reporting activity, and supporting customers on equipment. Collaborate with district and branch managers, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality while performing extensive driving and occasional overnight travel.

Installs, calibrates, upgrades, and troubleshoots survey and machine-control technology on heavy equipment. Trains customers, performs site calibrations and system tests, services electronic/hydraulic systems, manages data/model transfers, supports help desk troubleshooting, and maintains product databases and inventory.
