Own end-to-end IoT customer onboarding, from SIM provisioning and device configuration through stable production deployment. Diagnose SIM, device, network, and protocol connectivity issues, handle L2 escalations, and partner with engineering on systemic problems. Build automation for onboarding, account-health monitoring, billing, renewals, and support workflows. Maintain internal tooling and documentation, apply AI to operational processes, advocate for product improvements, and create runbooks for team execution.

Leads technical pre-sales engagements for Hologram’s IoT connectivity platform, partnering with Account Executives to win complex deals. Responsibilities include solution architecture, product demonstrations, API integration guidance, hardware and embedded-system recommendations, cellular certification support, technical troubleshooting during pilots, and communicating technical value to enterprise stakeholders. The role requires expertise in cellular technologies, networking, IoT deployments, scripting, SQL troubleshooting, and developer-facing technical sales.
