Manages commercial property and casualty insurance placement, including renewal marketing, new business submissions, carrier quote comparisons, exposure schedules, client meetings, policy setup, and service coordination. Provides timely guidance to clients, sales teams, service teams, and underwriters. Maintains accurate marketing files and agency system records, coordinates assessments, and mentors placement staff.

Participate in a 10-week onsite sales internship rotating through brokerage services teams. Assist with identifying prospects, building client relationships, developing proposals, attending sales and community meetings, and preparing presentations. Interns receive insurance industry education, mentorship, leadership exposure, networking opportunities, and professional development while supporting sales growth and client acquisition.

Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves lost-time workers’ compensation claims, including litigated claims. Communicates with insureds, claimants, insurers, and internal teams; researches coverage issues; maintains accurate claim records; processes indemnity and medical payments; monitors claims procedures; and supports compliance and client service across multiple jurisdictions.
