Develops multi-year technical roadmaps and oversees scalable cloud-native applications using .NET, React, Azure, microservices, and event-driven architectures. Directs adoption of modern DevOps, CI/CD, security, data, and API practices while optimizing application performance and cost. Guides production integration of Azure OpenAI, LLM features, RAG pipelines, responsible AI governance, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Evaluate commercial clients’ creditworthiness across international markets by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, legal documents, and risk factors. Perform financial, liquidity, leverage, profitability, cash flow, and portfolio analyses; recommend transaction structures and mitigation strategies; prepare credit memoranda; make delegated credit decisions; monitor accounts; identify deteriorating trends; and report credit risks and events to management.
