Handle and resolve vehicle supply chain inquiries (acquisition, delivery, licensing, status), log cases in ARI systems, communicate with internal/external clients, troubleshoot roadblocks, update multiple systems, collaborate with partners, and support clients with special requirements.

Manage vehicle financing and leasing transactions, work with sales management and finance sources to maximize approvals and products sold, review contracts for accuracy and compliance, communicate finance program details to client advisors, and help achieve dealership financial goals while ensuring regulatory and company policy adherence.

Greet and welcome customers as the dealership front-line contact, determine automotive needs, route guests to sales/service/parts, maintain a professional appearance, and build relationships with customers and employees.
