Serves as the primary contact for assigned fleet clients, responding to customer and driver inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, maintaining client and fleet records, managing fuel card and database updates, communicating with vendors, and coordinating supply chain activities. Hosts recurring meetings, provides status updates, audits client profiles, and supports special projects while ensuring accurate documentation and strong client relationships.

Assist customers through vehicle purchases by demonstrating vehicles, conducting test drives, explaining features and financing or lease options, managing customer interactions in CRM tools, following up with prospects, coordinating with Sales Managers and F&I teams, and meeting individual and team sales goals.

Sells Audi vehicles by building customer relationships, explaining vehicle features, guiding buyers through the purchase process, completing sales paperwork, coordinating delivery and registration, and meeting sales goals. The role requires product training, strong communication and follow-up skills, accurate basic math, customer service ability, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
