Engage automotive customers, assess their vehicle needs, explain features, financing, inventory, and promotions, conduct test drives, negotiate sales and lease pricing, complete purchase paperwork, and provide post-sale follow-up. The role requires collaboration with sales managers and F&I personnel while delivering a positive customer experience and meeting results-driven sales goals.

Sells Audi vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, researching inventory, negotiating pricing and lease terms, processing paperwork, inspecting inventory, and delivering vehicles. The role also assists with customer concerns and requires strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, along with a clean driving record or minimal violations.

Oversees financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle transactions. Reviews contracts, coordinates with sales managers, client advisors, and finance sources, maximizes finance product sales, secures customer approvals, ensures regulatory and company compliance, communicates approval status, and supports dealership financial goals.
