Review and document vehicle maintenance and repairs, negotiate costs, monitor preventative maintenance and trends, build and analyze reports, recommend cost-saving initiatives, liaise with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers, and act as a technical consultant for complex truck repairs.

Engage customers to identify needs, explain vehicle features and financing, conduct test drives, complete purchase paperwork, negotiate with F&I, follow up post-sale, and collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead Holman's Marketing Analytics function to deliver data-driven insights, governance, and reporting across Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI and other platforms. Advise senior leaders on media investment, attribution, forecasting and KPI frameworks; manage and mentor analytics staff; prioritize projects, enforce QA and automation, and integrate multi-source data for enterprise ROAS and channel performance measurement.
