Lead dealership sales operations by developing sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, overseeing inventory and budgets, analyzing performance and market trends, executing marketing/promotional activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving customer relationships to maximize profitability and repeat business.

Manage credit risk for B2B clients: assess creditworthiness, set and monitor credit limits up to $20M, implement risk strategies, oversee credit analysts, handle distressed accounts and bankruptcy coordination, and maintain credit systems and reporting (Moody's CreditLens, Salesforce). Advise senior management and collaborate with sales, legal, remarketing, supply chain, and AR to mitigate exposure.
