Supervise daily production activities in an automotive upfitting facility: assign work, coach and train employees, improve processes for efficiency/quality/safety, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Perform account reconciliations (including bank reconciliations), daily cash forecasting, support month-end close and financial reporting, maintain fixed asset records and controls, ensure policy compliance, prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, and assist with special accounting projects.

Manage FMLA and other leave administration from initial notice through return-to-work. Communicate with employees and managers about leave requirements, eligibility, and documentation; request medical certifications; track intermittent/reduced schedule leave; advise on interactions with PTO and disability; handle ADA accommodations; maintain compliant records and confidentiality; draft policy updates.
