Manages daily facility, warehouse, shipping, receiving, production, staffing, quality, safety, and customer service operations. Leads supervisors and hourly employees through coaching, training, performance management, and recruitment. Oversees production schedules, continuous improvement, damage reduction, waste processes, shutdown labor plans, and operational audits.
