Creates and manages social-first content for Hollywood Bowl and Splitsville across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Responsibilities include planning shoots, filming and editing short-form videos, writing captions, scheduling posts, engaging online communities, monitoring performance, producing reports, and supporting employer-brand and recruitment campaigns. The role requires regular travel across UK centres and collaboration with Marketing, People, and Recruitment teams.

Supports digital marketing across website merchandising, landing pages, local listings, customer journey optimization, AI-enabled eCommerce tasks, reporting, campaigns, content creation, and SEO. The apprentice will gain a Level 4 Digital Marketing qualification while working on live projects, analyzing customer behavior, and collaborating with the marketing team.
