Teams at Holly

Own technical direction and end-to-end delivery across Holly’s full-stack product. Build production features with TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AI/LLM systems; design data pipelines and data-rich interfaces; establish architecture, reliability, testing, observability, and CI/CD standards; and mentor engineers through cross-team decisions. The role partners closely with founders and requires ownership of customer-facing systems in an early-stage environment.

Support government clients through onboarding, platform training, help-center management, analytics consulting, and launch QA. Resolve user questions, identify recurring product or training gaps, validate workforce data, present actionable findings, and partner with product teams to turn manual project work into scalable capabilities. Maintain asynchronous learning content, co-host webinars and office hours, and ensure platform functionality and data quality before client go-live.

Partner with the founders and leadership team to operate Holly’s next growth phase. Own financial planning, forecasts, cash management, SaaS metrics, board reporting, company-wide KPIs, and planning cadences. Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, build new business functions, improve processes, support fundraising and external relationships, oversee People Operations, and strengthen company culture through events and initiatives.
