Ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across HR systems. Responsibilities include conducting audits, validations, root cause analyses, and quality assurance testing; identifying and resolving discrepancies; validating reports and dashboards; maintaining audit documentation and data standards; and educating users on system usage and data quality expectations. The role partners with HR Systems and functional HR teams to support reliable reporting, governance, and regulatory data integrity.

Supports HR applications and customer-facing HR system needs by troubleshooting ServiceNow tickets, maintaining documentation, testing and auditing systems, validating data integrity, preparing reports, and assisting with workflow and process improvements. The role requires at least one year of Workday HRIS experience, basic HRIS knowledge, strong organization and customer service skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data.

Processes accurate and compliant payroll for all staff, including data entry, corrections, wage garnishments, levies, deductions, reporting, and record maintenance. Responds to payroll inquiries, researches issues, supports audits, and collaborates with HR, finance, and employees. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
