Leads investment opportunity sourcing and capital provider relationship development for the HK Deal Flow program. Manages deal pipelines, participant communications, deal tracking, research, project coordination, and follow-up throughout the deal lifecycle. Builds relationships with private equity, growth equity, debt funds, independent sponsors, investors, attorneys, intermediaries, and service providers. Supports process improvements, networking activities, and special projects.

Designs and develops engaging classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning programs for internal audiences. Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create courses, storyboards, scripts, videos, quick reference guides, communications, templates, and learning standards. Supports virtual training delivery, evaluates instructional materials, maintains current knowledge of learning technologies, and advises management on potential tools and processes.

Provides day-to-day administrative support across HR, facilities, safety, accounting, budgeting, and office operations. Coordinates staffing coverage, recruiting and onboarding activities, HRIS and personnel records, evaluations, employee initiatives, events, policies, expenses, building management, safety, maintenance, and office relocations. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.
