Supports enterprise endpoint and cloud-hosted VDI platforms across Windows and macOS. Responsibilities include provisioning, image and session management, application packaging, patching, configuration compliance, quality assurance testing, troubleshooting, reporting, incident response, documentation, and lifecycle operations. The role collaborates with endpoint, infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams in a regulated legal-services environment.
