Leads a national legal and corporate research team, overseeing quality standards, workflows, training, staffing, knowledge management, technology and AI adoption, metrics, and stakeholder support. The role manages research supervisors and analysts, develops best practices, supports platform integrations and automation, evaluates researcher performance, and ensures information security, privacy, confidentiality, and licensing compliance.

Supports the AI Products and Adoption team by coordinating project portfolios, AI pilots, product launches, change initiatives, training, communications, events, and stakeholder activities. Maintains schedules, risks, dependencies, approvals, participant records, and follow-up actions. Provides executive support, develops materials and procedures, coordinates adoption logistics, tracks readiness and training, and recommends process improvements across legal, business, and technical teams.

Leads investment opportunity sourcing and capital provider relationship development for the HK Deal Flow program. Manages deal pipelines, participant communications, deal tracking, research, project coordination, and follow-up throughout the deal lifecycle. Builds relationships with private equity, growth equity, debt funds, independent sponsors, investors, attorneys, intermediaries, and service providers. Supports process improvements, networking activities, and special projects.
