Supports marketing and business development for the Intellectual Property and Patent Systems Group. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral and digital content, coordinating RFPs and pitches, conducting market research, maintaining CRM data, supporting communications and social media, organizing events, managing vendors and expenses, and tracking sponsorships and business development activities.

Analyzes and remediates security threats using SIEM, EDR/XDR, anti-malware, vulnerability management, and forensic tools. Maintains security controls, policies, vulnerability programs, and reporting; performs assessments, penetration testing, phishing evaluations, and third-party risk reviews. Supports incident response, system hardening, access controls, cloud security, privacy assessments, audits, and security awareness initiatives while coordinating with IT, legal, vendors, and leadership.

Provides advanced end-user IT support for hardware, software, networking, accounts, and business applications. Troubleshoots Windows and Apple devices, manages Active Directory and Exchange accounts, resolves tickets, supports technology testing, contributes to knowledge documentation, and assists with purchases. Leads low-complexity IT projects, mentors junior analysts, collaborates with IT teams and vendors, and follows ITIL practices. Requires occasional travel to offices and rotating evening, weekend, and on-call coverage.
