Responsibilities include managing business intake, preparing and proofreading legal documents, court e-filing, maintaining calendars and deadlines, coordinating communications and meetings, assisting clients, liaising with courts, and managing workflow using legal technology. The role requires strong organization, communication, legal terminology, court rules, and software skills.
