Provides clerical and accounting support to the shipboard Finance Department. Responsibilities include credit card and gift order reconciliation, food cost and revenue reporting, transaction administration, vendor invoice processing, inventory and bar counts, guest satisfaction reporting, onboard statement preparation, guest key card preparation, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role requires familiarity with hospitality finance and food-and-beverage procedures, strong communication and planning skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work onboard a vessel seven days per week.
