Operate the ship’s printing facilities, produce and deliver paper-based communications, maintain equipment, perform minor repairs, support graphic design quality, manage printing supplies, secure equipment and materials, assist guests with the Navigator App, and follow company health, safety, security, and environmental policies.

Prepare and assist in pastry production per company recipes; maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment; perform lido, floating, and breakfast prep; follow Pastry Chef instructions; report equipment issues; meet company SOPs, trainings, and production standards; perform other duties including health, safety and security tasks.

Lead beginner-friendly arts and crafts classes aboard Holland America Line’s 2027 Grand South American Voyage. Develop the voyage-long class calendar, coordinate destination-inspired programming, prepare craft kits before embarkation, guide guests with varying abilities, and serve as a friendly onboard ambassador. Collaborate with the Entertainment team and perform some port-day safety and IPM duties during the three-month seagoing contract.
