Coaches change champions, embeds consistent change practices, manages cumulative change saturation and dependencies, and assures delivery quality across complex programmes. The role is hybrid, permanent, and focused on improving organisational change maturity and transformation outcomes.

The General Accountant manages general ledger activities, period-end closing, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, statutory audits, regulatory requirements, treasury validations, employee reimbursements, and invoice processing. The role also supports process improvements and maintains accurate accounting records under local GAAP or IFRS.
