Leads all Human Resources functions, including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, engagement, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, HRIS, and organizational development. Oversees high-volume seasonal hiring, BridgeUSA international student programs, employee housing, transportation, uniforms, and HoliMarket operations. Advises executive leadership, manages HR budgets and staff, ensures employment-law compliance, and develops strategies to improve retention and employee experience.
