Teams at Holder Construction

Coordinate on-site trades, manage material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, interact with field supervision, handle cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs), read construction documents/specs, perform cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support overall project management with some BIM exposure.

Lead onboarding, integration, and training for associates across project sites. Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, design and deliver training, track KPIs, coach leaders and trainees, coordinate logistics, and ensure consistent onboarding experiences. Role is full-time, in-person with substantial travel (50-70%).
