Lead and manage project quality control: perform inspections, maintain QC documentation, coordinate with trades and consultants, manage testing reports, run quality meetings and walks, and mentor junior staff to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Lead on-site safety for major project scopes: review and approve JHAs/MOPs, conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, mentor junior safety staff, facilitate training and meetings, and act as primary safety contact for leadership, trades, and clients.

Manage onsite trade activities, cost control, change orders, RFIs, and monthly payment reviews. Read and apply construction documents, own project execution, and mentor junior associates.
