Provides Tier 2 IT support for computer systems, peripherals, mobile devices, IP phones, and specialized equipment. Resolves helpdesk issues, installs and repairs hardware and software, maintains account and inventory records, trains users, supports remote access, escalates complex problems, and recommends system improvements. The role requires hands-on, in-office support, strong customer service, and occasional after-hours or weekend helpdesk coverage.

Supports architecture and engineering project teams by advancing BIM, computational design, modeling, analysis, visualization, and digital workflows. Provides hands-on technical guidance, develops standardized Revit assets, researches emerging technologies, evaluates firmwide adoption opportunities, and mentors staff on digital best practices. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, RFIs, submittals, change orders, documentation, reports, agreements, meetings, and communications with clients and consultants. Manages front-of-house activities, office supplies, maintenance, onboarding, parking, vendors, presentations, events, and internal initiatives. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with architectural documents and industry software is beneficial.

Supports project accounting by preparing monthly client billings, maintaining financial records, matching billing data with documentation, processing invoices and vouchers, and assisting with accounts payable. The role communicates with staff, vendors, clients, Project Managers, and Project Accountants while ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client requirements. It also provides general administrative and financial support to the Accounting team.
