Owns the end-to-end revenue cycle for assigned practice groups and clients, including WIP management, billing, accounts receivable, cash collection, forecasting, reporting, and debt recovery. The role reviews aged debt, resolves billing and payment issues, ensures compliance with financial controls, supports working-capital targets, and contributes to process improvements. It requires collaboration with practice groups, clients, billing teams, and finance management in a legal or professional-services environment.

Handles complex commercial litigation through all phases, including discovery, pleadings, legal research, motion practice, depositions, and case management. Works closely with partners and clients on high-stakes disputes, supports case strategy, and assumes increasing responsibility. Requires strong research, writing, analytical, interpersonal, and strategic judgment skills, excellent academic credentials, and California Bar admission.

Advise public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border M&A. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage diligence processes, and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Serve as a client-facing lead on workstreams, integrate legal technologies to improve workflows, collaborate across offices, and mentor junior lawyers.
