The role is intended for a law graduate or trainee lawyer in Milan, requiring strong academic performance, relevant thesis or 3–6 months of litigation or advisory experience, and excellent written and spoken English.

Advise clients on partnership, corporate, international, real estate, investment fund, M&A, and other transactional tax matters. Draft, review, and negotiate tax provisions in transactional documents, conduct legal research and analysis, and support sophisticated deals. The role requires strong writing, academic credentials, client-service skills, an ABA-accredited law degree, and U.S. Bar membership.

Provides professional secretarial, organizational, administrative, document production, diary, travel, filing, client relationship, billing, and compliance support to lawyers in a Tax & Incentives practice. Responsibilities include managing correspondence and meetings, preparing complex documents, supporting billing through 3E, maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel, assisting with business development, and collaborating across teams. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
