Leads the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, integration, and support of business applications. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, provides application architecture guidance, leads implementation projects, coordinates deployments, resolves production issues, maintains technical documentation, and coaches junior developers. The role requires strong SQL, application design, integration, troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills, along with business knowledge of manufacturing or distribution environments.

Manage and grow Hoffmaster’s Walmart account through strategic sales planning, relationship development, business analytics, product development, packaging, merchandising, and customer presentations. Analyze sales and market trends, identify growth opportunities, manage forecasts and P&L activities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions. The role requires direct Walmart supplier-side account management experience and proficiency with Walmart systems, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
