Sell and deliver new and used vehicles to meet dealership volume and profit goals. Manage sales paperwork, test drives, customer follow-up, and vehicle delivery. Maintain product knowledge, participate in manufacturer training, build prospect and owner follow-up systems, ensure legal compliance, and promote dealership service relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Manage new vehicle sales operations, recruit and coach sales staff, oversee used vehicle appraisal and merchandising, ensure regulatory compliance, support finance, run sales training and meetings, handle customer and employee issues, and maintain dealership appearance and inventory turnover.

Produce print and digital creative for multiple dealership brands, manage email marketing and copywriting, build and update landing pages and website content, coordinate marketing operations and print production, and support event asset creation and execution. Maintain OEM brand compliance while contributing to group-level campaigns and community events.
