HOEHN MASTER Benefits Overview

Sells and leases new and used vehicles while meeting dealership sales, profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Greets prospects, assesses transportation needs, explains vehicle features and options, conducts test drives, completes sales paperwork, delivers vehicles, and provides post-sale follow-up. Maintains prospect and owner follow-up systems, attends training and sales meetings, complies with applicable laws, and supports inventory movement when needed.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, assessing transportation needs, explaining vehicle features and options, conducting test drives, completing sales paperwork, coordinating financing handoffs, preparing and delivering vehicles, maintaining customer follow-up systems, supporting referrals, complying with sales laws, and maintaining inventory. Compensation is $17 per hour plus commission.
