HOEHN MASTER Benefits Overview

Sells and leases new and used vehicles while meeting dealership profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, assessing transportation needs, explaining vehicle features and options, conducting test drives, completing sales paperwork, coordinating financing handoffs, preparing and delivering vehicles, maintaining customer follow-up systems, supporting referrals, complying with sales laws, and maintaining inventory. Compensation is $17 per hour plus commission.

Produce print and digital creative for multiple dealership brands, manage email marketing and copywriting, build and update landing pages and website content, coordinate marketing operations and print production, and support event asset creation and execution. Maintain OEM brand compliance while contributing to group-level campaigns and community events.
