Teams at Hocking Hills State Park Lodge

Supervise front office associates and support daily hotel front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, room assignments, payments, guest inquiries, and issue resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and sales teams to address guest needs. Coach and train employees, monitor service standards, assist with scheduling and staffing, maintain accurate records, and help optimize occupancy and room revenue.
