Administer payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, workers’ compensation claims, and HR reporting. Review timecards, process employee changes, resolve payroll and benefits inquiries, coordinate background checks and drug screenings, lead new hire orientation, maintain audit-ready files, and support scheduling and HR projects.

Manages daily operations for assigned HOA and residential communities, including inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor and contractor relationships, homeowner and board communications, meeting preparation, records, budgeting, invoices, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Requires on-site property inspections, occasional evening meetings, and emergency availability.

Prospect and qualify property owners through high-volume outbound calls, texts, emails, and social outreach. Build relationships, identify management needs, schedule appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with leads, and report pipeline performance. The role targets 2–5 signed property management agreements monthly and requires strong phone communication, persistence, disciplined follow-up, and a performance-oriented mindset.
