Provide night-shift remote support for a U.S.-based Community Manager handling HOA owner, board, and vendor inquiries; manage and resolve tickets (Vantaca), reconcile payments, prepare DocuSign documents, coordinate daily operational tasks, and communicate status updates to clients and vendors.

Provide first-line support for homeowners and residents across multiple HOA/condo communities. Handle high-volume calls and emails, coordinate vendors, assist Property Manager with operations and financial tasks, attend board meetings, enforce community rules, maintain records, and travel regularly to assigned Cleveland-area communities.

Manage a portfolio of condominium and HOA properties, serve as primary contact for Boards and homeowners, oversee maintenance and capital projects, enforce governing documents, prepare financial reports and budgets, coordinate vendors and emergency responses, and support operational efficiency and recordkeeping.
