Manage a portfolio of HOA, condominium, and community associations, serving as liaison among boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include property inspections, capital and reserve projects, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor contracts, board meetings, homeowner communications, governance compliance, records management, and emergency response. The role requires evening meetings, occasional weekend meetings, and use of property management software.

Prospect and qualify vacation rental property owners through 250–500 weekly outbound calls, texts, emails, and social contacts. Build relationships, identify management needs, maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and report pipeline performance. The role targets 2–5 signed property management agreements monthly and offers uncapped commission.

Manages daily operations for assigned HOA and residential communities. Responsibilities include property inspections, maintenance and compliance coordination, vendor and contractor management, homeowner and board communication, meeting preparation, recordkeeping, budgeting support, invoice processing, accounts receivable tracking, and financial reporting. The role requires occasional evening meetings, on-site inspections, emergency availability, and reliable transportation.
