Hmong College Prep Academy

Hmong College Prep Academy (HCPA) is a K-12 charter school located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Its mission is to provide students with an integrated, challenging, and well-rounded educational experience, focusing on cultural integration, college and career preparation, and a growth mindset. The academy is open to all students and serves a large population of Hmong and Karen American students.
