Teams at H&M Group

Provide excellent customer service and actively sell products by guiding customers through trends and collections. Maintain garment care, replenishment, visual merchandising, checkout and fitting room operations, support OMNI services, follow store procedures and health & safety, and work with the team to meet sales targets.

Provide on-site technical support across offices, stores and warehouses for Poland and Ukraine: troubleshoot and repair user devices, support equipment setups, coordinate with vendors and Global Network, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and maintain reliable local IT environments.

Drive sales budgeting, forecasting and performance follow-up across store and e-commerce channels for Poland and Ukraine. Provide financial insights, support QCP, model scenarios, ensure P&L and OPEX control, monitor cost impacts, and partner with Commercial, Expansion and People teams to enable ROI-based decisions and governance compliance.
