Leads supplier quality issue resolution, containment, corrective actions, audits, PPAP/ISIR approvals, 4M change management, supplier scorecards, PPM tracking, and quality documentation. Collaborates with production, quality, purchasing, and other departments to stabilize supplier quality and support customer, warranty, OEM, and plant requirements. Uses inspection data and process control audits to drive manufacturing improvements and maintains compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14000, and internal procedures.

Monitor OEM part quality, investigate and contain customer issues, lead root-cause and corrective-action activities, manage quality reports and customer portals, analyze DTCs using CANape and Squadriga, conduct inspections, track quality KPIs, coordinate customer meetings, and protect production lines through rapid containment and decision-making. The role is fully on-site in Savannah, Georgia, with possible customer-site assignments or travel.

Perform in-line defect analysis, process and product audits, root cause investigations, containment, and corrective actions in automotive manufacturing. Maintain quality documentation and core tools, analyze SPC and capability data, support PPAP and new product launches, monitor control plans and KPIs, and collaborate with production, suppliers, customers, and leadership. Supervise QC technicians and drive continuous improvement and defect reduction across high-volume production lines.
