Design automotive brake components and subsystems using CATIA V5, CAD, CAE, and FEA. Develop layouts, BOMs, drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and mass estimates; conduct design reviews and DFMEA. Collaborate with application engineers, program managers, testing teams, manufacturing, and customers to meet performance and packaging requirements. Support APQP, product development, validation, manufacturing trials, PPAP documentation, and timely design releases.

Leads the Production Control Management Part across engineering changes, 4M coordination, production planning, inventory, procurement, logistics cost analysis, SAP master data and BOM management, new program launches, end-of-production planning, and KPI reporting. Provides functional supervision, risk escalation, competency development, budget oversight, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Develop and test automotive control algorithms and software modules, model system dynamics, perform stability analysis, and create diagnostics and protection mechanisms. Conduct requirements traceability and module-level testing, resolve vehicle control issues, support production and new programs, and collaborate with customers to ensure safe, stable system operation.
