Supports employee relations, employment-law compliance, leave administration, onboarding, performance management, recruiting, training records, HR data analytics, policy administration, and employment-based immigration processes. The role conducts orientations, maintains HRIS and personnel records, supports investigations and disciplinary actions, advises managers, and coordinates with immigration counsel. This is an on-site office position in Michigan.

Manages supplier quality by conducting process and quality-system audits, overseeing APQP and PPAP activities, resolving supplier nonconformances, leading 8D corrective actions, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement. Ensures purchased parts and manufacturing processes meet company, customer, and IATF 16949 requirements. Collaborates with suppliers, customers, headquarters, and cross-functional teams in office and manufacturing-floor environments.

Implements, maintains, monitors, and upgrades enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations. Configures firewalls, switches, wireless controllers, routing, switching, VPNs, and network management systems. Performs capacity planning, performance monitoring, asset management, troubleshooting, and network improvement projects while coordinating with headquarters network engineers in South Korea.
