Supports campus recruiting, career fair logistics, candidate pipeline development, employment branding, and talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinates event materials, shipping, communications, and candidate follow-up while collaborating with recruiters and firm leaders. Participates in hiring summits, team meetings, social equity initiatives, and recruiting projects. This internship requires at least 20 hours weekly in the Dallas office during the Spring 2027 semester.

Leads end-to-end marketing pursuits, including win strategy, messaging, proposal content, qualifications packages, interview collateral, schedules, risk management, and quality control. Partners with project champions, business development, design teams, and centers of excellence to create persuasive, differentiated materials. Manages pursuit tracking in CRM and Asana, evaluates outcomes, improves best practices, and guides junior staff. The role requires strong storytelling, communication, organization, presentation, project management, and design-layout skills.

Leads a regional marketing pursuit pod, overseeing narrative strategy, proposal and interview collateral, quality standards, delivery outcomes, and performance metrics. Develops marketing talent, manages workloads and resources, analyzes win rates and operational trends, and partners with studio leaders and pursuit strategists on business development, competitive intelligence, and client research. Ensures successful pursuit submissions, alignment with brand standards, and achievement of deadlines and quality expectations.
