Owns the company’s end-to-end corporate IT function as the sole IT resource. Responsibilities include employee support, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint and hardware lifecycle management, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration, networking, VPN, DNS, internet uptime, SaaS licensing, IAM, cloud access, documentation, vendor and MSP management, office technology, and vendor-coordinated build-outs. The role requires hands-on technical support, proactive process improvements, and strong stakeholder and vendor communication.

The Director of Engineering will manage engineering teams, drive hiring strategies, and facilitate collaboration across departments while ensuring performance and development of key metrics.

Lead platform and DevOps architecture for edge-connected SaaS systems. Design, implement, and operate scalable AWS-based infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and edge/IoT deployments. Drive resiliency, mentorship, on-call operations, and platform engineering practices across the team.
