Lead and build HiveWatch's post-sale function across customer success, implementation, account management, and support. Diagnose current operations, create scalable processes and playbooks, own customer health/retention, manage renewals and expansion, partner cross-functionally with product/engineering/sales, and lead a team of 4-6 direct reports while traveling to strategic accounts.

As a Sales Engineer at HiveWatch, you'll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and support enterprise sales processes by bridging pre-sale and post-sale activities.
