Builds executive relationships, develops account plans, demonstrates product ROI, monitors adoption and churn signals, and identifies expansion opportunities. Partners with Product, Operations, Support, and Onboarding teams to improve customer outcomes. Uses Salesforce, product analytics, AI tools, and digital engagement strategies to manage accounts efficiently. Requires up to 25% travel and monthly NYC office attendance for tri-state candidates.

Design and build scalable backend services while helping decompose Hivebrite’s monolith into modular, service-oriented components. The role focuses on API-first architecture, distributed systems, performance, reliability, observability, caching, asynchronous processing, third-party integrations, and AI-powered product features. The engineer will also improve developer experience and CI/CD workflows, contribute to architecture decisions, and provide technical leadership across product and platform initiatives.
