Leads end-to-end workforce administration, including recruiting, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, for a federal workforce environment. Supports GSA human capital programs, ensures compliance with federal guidelines, maintains accurate workforce data, prepares reports, manages directories and databases, responds to policy inquiries, and drives process improvements. The role also facilitates onboarding presentations, engagement initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Lead complex federal acquisition pre-award projects valued at $250M or more. Conduct market research, develop acquisition and solicitation documents, manage milestones and risks, translate technical requirements, support proposal activities, and assist technical evaluation boards. Collaborate with contract specialists, contracting officers, client stakeholders, and integrated product teams while producing compliant, defensible procurement packages and technical evaluation reports.

Provides senior-level acquisition and program management advisory support to the Missile Defense Agency. Responsibilities include lifecycle acquisition analysis, risk and baseline management, acquisition strategy preparation, executive briefing development, ASP/ASB secretariat support, action tracking, document control, business process improvement, and coordination with defense industry and government stakeholders. The role requires an active Secret clearance, extensive DoD program experience, and on-site work in Dahlgren, Virginia.
