Summer 2027 HFA intern supporting investor relations and capital-raising analytics. Responsibilities include modeling investor engagement, analyzing capital flows, forecasting new capital, building AUM and engagement dashboards, identifying communication preferences, preparing leadership reporting, and reconciling CRM data with investment schedules. The role uses SQL, Python, Excel, Hex, CRM tools, and AI assistants while partnering with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and HFA leadership.

Analyze lending data using SQL, Python, and Hex to answer business questions, build dashboards, investigate data issues, and support decisions. The intern will study lending metrics, campaign performance, and A/B tests; document data definitions; validate pipeline outputs; gather requirements; and communicate findings to stakeholders. The role also offers exposure to cloud data platforms, data quality, vendor reporting, and consumer lending analytics.

Leads the AI-assisted modernization of a legacy lending platform into .NET microservices on Azure and Kubernetes. Owns the rebuild roadmap, agent workflows, prompts, testing standards, code review, compliance coordination, delivery metrics, and AI tool governance. Coaches engineers, documents legacy business rules, and ensures generated code meets rigorous quality, security, data-isolation, and regulatory requirements.
