Lead HR transformation initiatives in a unionized manufacturing environment, including workforce planning, organizational development, change management, stakeholder alignment, organizational diagnostics, governance, process improvement, transition planning, and impact measurement. Develop strategic plans, reports, recommendations, and dashboards while supporting leaders and teams through large-scale organizational change. French and English communication are required, and a change management or transformation certification is required.

Administers the site Learning Management System, maintains training records, coordinates schedules and logistics, tracks completions and certifications, supports employees, generates training reports, monitors compliance, troubleshoots training devices, and improves administrative processes. The role collaborates with stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant learning programs and requires strong organization, communication, data management, and attention to detail.

Own product requirements, roadmap priorities, technology scouting, partner integration, supplier networks, commercialization, and continuous improvement for power conversion and battery energy storage products. Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into product recommendations and business cases while collaborating with global product management, R&D, engineering, supply chain, customers, suppliers, and technology partners. The role also supports product positioning, technical documentation, sales training, regulatory compliance, and international collaboration.
